Eylon Penchas
Eylon Penchas is a Founder and a General Partner of Israel Legacy Partners. Eylon is responsible for overall investment strategy, governance, and long-term stewardship of the platform, drawing on more than 30 years of experience across private equity funds, investment management and company building. He plays a central role in investment selection, ownership structuring, and board-level oversight across the Israel Legacy Partners portfolio.
Prior to co-founding Israel Legacy Partners, Eylon spent two decades as Managing General Partner at Viola Partners, a multi-strategy series of funds under the Viola Group where Eylon was a partner since the group’s formation. In this role, Eylon led fund strategy and execution and served as active chairman and director of multiple private and public portfolio companies. His experience spans a broad range of sectors, including financial services, insurance, B2B services, medical devices, retail, and infrastructure-related businesses.
Eylon has served in senior board and chairmanship roles across Israel’s private and public markets, including as active chairman of Peninsula Finance Ltd., a publicly traded non-bank financial services company focused on financing small and medium-sized businesses, and as a board member of Global Data Center Ltd., a leading Israeli data-center operator, and Lumenis Ltd., a global leader in laser-based medical devices (NASDAQ-listed prior to its sale to a private equity firm).
Earlier in his career, Eylon held senior roles in Israel’s financial and corporate sectors, including in the Research Department of the Bank of Israel and as Director of Business Development at Bezeq, Israel’s national telecommunications company. He also served as Executive Project Manager at Dovrat, Shrem Finance & Projects Ltd., where he was responsible for investment banking and private placement activities.
Eylon holds an MBA from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, specializing in finance and marketing, and a BA in Economics from the Hebrew University.

Nadav Harari
Nadav Harari is a Founder and General Partner of Israel Legacy Partners, where he leads the firm’s investment portfolio company engagement, corporate governance and value-creation initiatives. Nadav excels at partnering with management teams and owners through ownership transitions, guiding strategic direction, and supporting operational and organizational development across the portfolio. Nadav brings more than 25 years of experience as an entrepreneur and senior executive managing public and privately held companies in Israel and internationally. His background spans healthcare, medical devices, material science, logistics, industrial services and distribution.
Prior to co-founding Israel Legacy Partners, Nadav served as CEO of Chemovil, a leading Israeli holding company owned by the Emilia Development Group (TASE:EMDV). In that role, he was responsible for a diversified portfolio of operating companies serving Israel’s industrial base, overseeing strategic planning, capital allocation, M&A activity, and operational performance. During Nadav’s tenure Chemovil generated approximately NIS 2.3 billion in revenues and employed over 2,400 people. Nadav also served as a board member of Overseas Commerce (TASE: OVRS), a publicly listed logistics group providing end-to-end services from port to shelf.
Earlier in his career, Nadav was Managing Director of Teva Medical, the medical services arm of Teva Pharmaceuticals, where he implemented business development and commercial initiatives that increased profitability by 200% within two years.
Nadav began his career in senior commercial leadership roles, including serving as VP Marketing and later CEO of Intercosma Ltd., a leading cosmetics and toiletries company listed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. He subsequently founded and chaired Green Vision and Global Trade Vision, building both companies from inception into international businesses with operations in ten global locations and market presence across Europe, Africa, Australia, and Asia.

Ben brings over 15 years of experience across private investing, corporate finance and financial advisory roles. Prior to founding Israel Legacy Partners Ben was a Partner at Prometheus, a leading Israeli financial consulting firm, where he served as Head of the M&A Practice and advised corporates and private investors on complex transactions.
Ben previously served as an Accountant at EY, where he led financial statement audits and due diligence engagements for private and public technology companies.
Ben began his professional career at Chaikin Cohen Rubin & Co., where he worked as an accounting intern. Ben has acted as an external advisor of the economy program at the Taub Center for Social Policy Studies in Israel, and is the co-founder and chairman of YHK for Animals, a non-profit animal refuge providing animal-assisted rehabilitative care for Israelis in distress.
Ben holds an M.B.A. from Tel Aviv University and a B.A. in Economics and Accounting from Ben-Gurion University, and is a licensed CPA (Israel).

Avi Zeevi is a Co-Founder of the Viola Group, one of Israel’s leading private equity and venture investment platforms, with over $6 billion in assets under management. At Israel Legacy Partners, Avi serves as a senior advisor and Chair of the investment committee, bringing decades of experience in investment strategy, governance and company building, and contributing a long-term institutional perspective shaped by more than 45 years as an entrepreneur and investor.
Avi is a veteran FinTech entrepreneur and investor with a proven track record across venture creation, executive leadership, and private equity investing. He has played a formative role in building Israel’s financial technology ecosystem, having founded and led several pioneering companies, including MINT Systems (merged into Oshap, acquired by SunGard for $220M), Actimize (acquired by NICE for $280 million) and Decalog.
Avi currently serves on the Board of Directors of Personetics, G2RS, Bounce, Sympera and Duetti, as well as a chairman of Pagaya (NASDAQ:PGY) and served as the chairman of Payoneer (NASDAQ:PAYO) from 2008-2025, both of which he led from seed to IPO.
In parallel with his investment activities, Avi has been deeply involved in educational and social initiatives. He served as a Board Member of the Center for Educational Technology (CET) until 2025, is a Member of the Board of Governors of the Technion –Israel Institute of Technology, a board member of Bat Sheva contemporary dance company and was a Co-Founder of TZEVA, an organization operating enrichment centers for underprivileged children. Itzik Avidor
Itzik is a Partner and Group CFO and Chief Compliance Officer at both Viola and Israel Legacy Partners. Itzik has extensive experience in global financial management, private fundraising and mergers and acquisitions. He has participated in all stages of the listing process of Israeli companies on the NASDAQ and has extensive experience in performing due diligence, financial statement analysis and taxation of companies.
At Viola, Itzik is responsible for building the finance organization to support the growth of the group, and manages all financial and legal aspects, including fund planning, forecasting, cash management, portfolio monitoring, portfolio valuation, deal structuring, fund formation, reporting to LPs and all other financial and legal aspects of the group’s activities. He also works closely with the portfolio companies’ management and finance teams.
Itzik graduated from Tel Aviv University with a B.A. in Accounting and Economics as well as an MBA with a specialization in Accounting and Marketing, both with distinction. He is a licensed CPA (Israel).

Shimrit Shabo Nagar
Shimrit is part of the Viola Group finance team. She holds a B.A. in Accounting and Economics from Ruppin Academic Center and she is a graduate of the Kellogg – Recanati Management Program for Executives in a joint program of Northwestern University and Tel Aviv University. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Israel.
Before joining Legacy and Viola, Shimrit was a Senior Manager of Tax and Audit team in Ernst & Young, where she led the audits and tax aspects of leading venture capital and private equity funds in Israel.
Shimrit is part of the Viola Group finance team. She holds a B.A. in Accounting and Economics from Ruppin Academic Center and she is a graduate of the Kellogg – Recanati Management Program for Executives in a joint program of Northwestern University and Tel Aviv University. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Israel.

David Angel
With over a decade of experience building and executing collaborations between investors, philanthropists, corporations, government bodies and non-profit organizations in Israel, David leads Israel Legacy Partners’ fundraising, marketing and strategic partnership efforts.
Prior to joining Israel Legacy Partners, David ran a boutique consultancy focused on connecting capital allocators with funds, startups and social impact ventures in Israel. He previously served as Vice President of Partnerships at Ogen, where he played a central role in the organization’s transition from exclusive reliance on donations to a diversified financing model incorporating social impact loans, bank financing and securitized debt. During his tenure, David led all philanthropic and investment fundraising activities through a multi-year period of exponential growth in Ogen’s operations, budget and headcount.
Earlier in his career, David headed research and external affairs at a private family foundation, served as Director of Communications for a venture capital fund, and worked as Associate Director at APCO Worldwide, providing strategic communications and public affairs support to governments, foundations and multinational companies across the technology, financial services, energy and healthcare sectors.
David holds a BA in History from University College London.

Zehavit Keren
Zehavit ensures the smooth administrative running of the Israel Legacy Partners office and team, serving as both office manager and executive assistant to the Firm’s partners. Before Legacy Zehavit worked as an Academic Coordinator at the School of Economics at Reichman University, prior to which she spent ten years in private practice as a lawyer.
Zehavit holds a law degree (LLB) from the Tel Aviv College of Management and is a member of the Israel Bar Association.

Itay combines strong analytical capabilities with a hands-on approach to problem-solving, rooted in his significant experience managing and leading teams across diverse frameworks.
Itay is pursuing a dual degree in Law (LL.B) and a direct MBA at Reichman University.
