A seasoned executive with over 25 years of experience, Eylon has focused his career on private equity, investments, and business development. Prior to founding Israel Legacy Partners, he was the Managing General Partner at Viola Partners (part of the Viola Group), an exclusive investment fund tailored for private investors, where he served as active chairman and board member of the fund’s various portfolio companies, both private and public.
He served as active chairman of Peninsula Finance Ltd., a publicly traded non-banking finance company; a board member of Global Data Center Ltd., a leading Israeli data-center company; and Lumenis Ltd., a world leader in laser-based medical devices.
Eylon began his career in the Research Department of the Central Bank of Israel, and later served as Director of Business Development in Bezeq, the Israeli Telecom Corporation, where he initiated several multi-million dollar projects. At Dovrat Shrem Finance and Projects Ltd. he was Executive Project Manager, responsible for investment banking activities in the field of private placements.
He is active in philanthropy as Co-Chairman of the Hand-in-Hand Foundation, and active Chairman of Ogen Social Bonds, a subsidiary of Ogen – the largest non-for-profit social finance organization in Israel.

A veteran entrepreneur and C-level executive, Nadav has over 25 years of experience managing both public and privately held companies on a global level, ranging from pharma and medical devices to material science, logistics and industrial services. Prior to founding Israel Legacy Partners, he was the CEO of Chemovil, a leading holding company (part of the EMDV group), and led the Medical Devices and Technology. Business Unit at Teva Pharmaceuticals.
As CEO of Chemovil he was a member of the board of directors of Oversees Commerce, a public group of companies active in the provision of complete logistic services from port to shelf. During his tenure at Teva Medical he initiated business development directives that boosted the company’s profit by 200%.
Nadav began his career as VP Marketing at Intercosma Ltd., a leading cosmetics and toiletries company, and later became its CEO. Following this he founded Green Vision and Global Trade Vision, leading both companies to expand to 10 global locations, with market shares in Europe, Africa and Australia.

With more than a decade of extensive experience in corporate finance, management consulting and financial advisory services across various industries, Ben has led a large number of transactions and recovery plans from inception to execution, serving both public and privately owned companies. Prior to founding Israel Legacy Partners, he was a Partner at Prometheus Financial Advisory, where he led the M&A Practice.
Ben served as Senior Consultant at Ernst & Young, where he was responsible for providing tech companies with due diligence and financial statements auditing. He began his career as an accountant at Chaikin Cohen Rubin & CO., and also acted as an external advisor of the economy program at the Taub Center for Social Policy Studies in Israel.

Shimrit is part of the Viola group finance team. She holds a B.A. in Accounting and Economics from Ruppin Academic Center and she is a graduate of the Kellogg – Recanati Management Program for Executives in a Joined program of Northwestern University (Chicago) and the Tel Aviv University. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Israel.
Before joining Legacy and Viola, Shimrit was a Senior Manager of Tax and Audit team in Ernst & Young, where she led the audits and tax aspects of leading Venture Capital and Private Equity funds in Israel.
Anna joined Legacy as an Analyst in 2023. Anna provides analysis services across all stages of the investment cycle and primarily supports the Legacy’s team by identifying investment opportunities. She spends a significant portion of her time examining the deal flow pipeline, meticulously assessing each potential investment opportunity, as well as expanding the fund’s database, providing the essential insights that help propel Legacy towards consistent growth.
Anna received a Bachelor of Laws degree with honors from Tel Aviv University and later pursued a Master’s degree in Corporate Law at New York University (NYU) School of Law, where she was awarded the prestigious Fulbright Scholarship by the U.S. Department of State. During her studies, Anna served as a Legal Intern at the New York State Attorney General’s Office in the Division of Economic Justice, gaining substantial experience in researching and investigating leading U.S. firms.
Before Legacy, Anna served as a member of the Competition Law Department at Herzog Fox & Neeman, where she practiced antitrust law and specialized in navigating complex legal and economic issues involving leading local and international firms. Anna also worked as a research and teaching assistant at several universities, including New York University, Tel Aviv University, and Reichman University, focusing on corporate law, corporate finance, and family law.
Zehavit joined Legacy as an Office Manager Zehavit oversees the daily operations and provides essential administrative assistance to the Legacy team. Zehavit also serves as Executive Assistant to Eylon, Ben, and Nadav, supporting the General Partners’ back office needs.
Before Legacy, Zehavit worked as an Academic Coordinator, at the School of Economics, Reichman University, Herzliya.
Before Reichman University, Zehavit served as a Lawyer in several law firms.
Zehavit holds a law degree (LLB) from the Tel Aviv College of Management and is a member of the Israel Bar Association.
Avi is a Co-founder of the Viola Group – a leading innovative Israeli private equity investment group with over $3.5B under management, and a Co-founder of Viola Ventures.
Avi is a veteran FinTech entrepreneur and investor. He has a proven track record as an entrepreneur, executive and investor, with more than 40 years of experience. Avi has established an extensive ecosystem in the financial industry through his involvement in several FinTech companies including: MINT Systems, Decalog and Actimize, where he served as active Chairman from 2001 and until its acquisition by NICE Systems (NASDAQ: NICE). Avi is also a lead investor and active chairman in some of Israel’s most successful tech companies.
Avi is involved in several educational non-profit organizations: He is a Board Member at The Center for Educational Technology (CET) which is dedicated to the advancement of the education system in Israel, in the Jewish world and around the world. He is a Member of the Board of Governors of the Technion – the Israel Institute of Technology and also Co-founder at TZEVA, an NGO which operates enrichment centers for underprivileged children. He was previously a faculty member at the International Kellogg Recanati Executive MBA Program at Tel Aviv University, where he taught a course entitled “VC – What’s It All About.”
Itzik is a Partner at Legacy and the Viola Group and serves as the group’s CFO and CCO. He is also a Partner and CFO at Viola Ventures. Itzik has extensive experience in global financial management, private fund raising and mergers and acquisitions. He has participated in all stages of the listing process of Israeli companies on the NASDAQ and has extensive experience in performing due diligence, financial statement analysis and taxation of companies. At Viola group, Itzik is responsible for building the finance organization to support the growth of the group, and manages all financial and legal aspects, including fund planning, forecasting, cash management, portfolio monitoring, portfolio valuation, deal structuring, fund formation, reporting to LPs and all other financial and legal aspects of the group’s activities. He also works closely with the portfolio companies’ management and finance teams.
Itzik graduated from Tel Aviv University with a B.A. in Accounting and Economics as well as an MBA with a specialization in Accounting and Marketing, both with distinction.
